Expedient: 1504\/2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;acord amb el Decret 244\/2007, de 6 de novembre, pel qual es regula la constituci\u00f3 i la demarcaci\u00f3 territorial dels municipis, de les entitats municipals descentralitzades i de les mancomunitats de Catalunya, s&#8217;informa que el proper dia <strong>25 de novembre de 2024<\/strong>, hi hauran dos reunions telem\u00e0tiques per tal de delimitar el terme municipal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a>A les <strong>10:00 hores<\/strong>, tindr\u00e0 lloc la reuni\u00f3 per tal de continuar amb les operacions de delimitaci\u00f3 del terme entre <strong>Sant Rafel del Riu i la S\u00e9nia<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a>A les <strong>12:00 hores<\/strong>, tindr\u00e0 lloc la reuni\u00f3 per tal de continuar amb les operacions de delimitaci\u00f3 del terme entre la <strong>Pobla de Benifass\u00e0 i la S\u00e9nia<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es comunica als propietaris de les finques afectades que si \u00e9s del seu inter\u00e8s poden assistir a la reuni\u00f3 de forma presencial a l\u2019Ajuntament de la S\u00e9nia, on s\u2019habilitar\u00e0 una connexi\u00f3 telem\u00e0tica \u00fanica. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019alcalde en funcions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>per DA n\u00fam. 2024-1268,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00edctor Revert\u00e9 Querol<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>N\u00fam.
