{"id":4774,"date":"2024-02-22T14:33:06","date_gmt":"2024-02-22T13:33:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasenia.cat\/web\/?p=4774"},"modified":"2024-02-27T17:28:38","modified_gmt":"2024-02-27T16:28:38","slug":"projecte-joves-en-practiques-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasenia.cat\/web\/2024\/02\/22\/projecte-joves-en-practiques-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Projecte joves en pr\u00e0ctiques 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Durant aquest mes de febrer s\u2019ha rebut una subvenci\u00f3 del Servei d\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3 de Catalunya cofinan\u00e7ada amb el 40% pel &nbsp;Fons Social Europeu, la qual t\u00e9 l\u2019objectiu&nbsp;d&#8217;incentivar la contractaci\u00f3 laboral en pr\u00e0ctiques de joves amb formaci\u00f3, beneficiaris del Programa de Garantia Juvenil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies a aquest projecte s\u2019ha contractat un jove del nostre municipi com a t\u00e8cnic de manteniment d\u2019edificis municipals per un per\u00edode d\u2019un any. Durant aquest per\u00edode d\u2019iniciaci\u00f3 al m\u00f3n del treball es pret\u00e9n que aquest jove puguin millorar la seva ocupabilitat amb l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019aptituds i compet\u00e8ncies derivades de la pr\u00e0ctica laboral, de manera que sigui possible la seva incorporaci\u00f3 al mercat laboral de forma estable i duradora en el temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
