{"id":2916,"date":"2022-12-19T20:30:31","date_gmt":"2022-12-19T19:30:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lasenia.cat\/web\/?p=2916"},"modified":"2022-12-19T20:51:41","modified_gmt":"2022-12-19T19:51:41","slug":"actuacio-a-les-escales-del-carrer-balmes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasenia.cat\/web\/2022\/12\/19\/actuacio-a-les-escales-del-carrer-balmes\/","title":{"rendered":"Obres a les escales del carrer Balmes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les escales del carrer Balmes, es van construir cap als inicis dels anys 80 per a comunicar del carrer Balmes i Sol amb el carrer Pompeu Fabra, i aix\u00ed poder donar un millor acc\u00e9s a l\u2019Escola Jaume I (inaugurada per aquelles dates).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenien una estructura simple de llosa de formig\u00f3 amb uns esgraons de ciment sense revestir i als dos laterals, tenen uns murets amb uns acabats superiors de barana met\u00e0l\u00b7lica. L\u2019any 2018 es va fer una connexi\u00f3 de clavegueram i pluvials del carrer Pompeu Fabra fins al carrer Balmes, moment en el que es va aprofitar per a il\u00b7luminar la banda central de les escales amb unes llumin\u00e0ries tipus LED. Des d\u2019aquesta \u00faltima actuaci\u00f3 no s\u2019havia realitzat cap altre treball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En l&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 que s&#8217;ha realitzat s&#8217;ha buscat la uniformitzaci\u00f3 i renovaci\u00f3 del paviment de les mateixes. Les obres realitzades, han estat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Anivellament de la superf\u00edcie horitzontal de les escales.<\/li><li>Pavimentaci\u00f3 amb panot de 40&#215;40 d\u2019igual tipologia que l\u2019existent al carrer del Sol.<\/li><li>Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 panot tallat en la contrapetjada de les escales.<\/li><li>Repujat de tapes de serveis.<\/li><li>Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de barana en trams d\u2019escales de secci\u00f3 5 cm di\u00e0metre de forma continua, tal com es veu a la imatge.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes obres han tingut un import de 14.001,84 Euros (IVA incl\u00f2s) i han estat finan\u00e7ades en la seva totalitat per l&#8217;Ajuntament de la S\u00e9nia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3
